Adds a custom trunk layout, neons (toggle with M key), 22 inch wheels, and two basic liveries to the Roamer. Also included are headlight eyelids, bulbs, and a roof scoop.
If you want to play your own video on the rear screen, add your own greenlight.webm to (userfolder)\vehicles\roamer.

DISCLAIMER: "Spinners" are not actually spinners. They're just hubcaps attached to a 22 inch steel wheel.
Known issues:
Video may be choppy or refuse to loop properly. If the video suddenly stops, reset using CTRL+R.
