Adds a custom trunk layout, neons (toggle with M key), 22 inch wheels, and a basic livery to the Roamer. More parts to come in the future.
If you want to play your own video on the rear screen, add your own greenlight.webm to (userfolder)\vehicles\roamer.

DISCLAIMER: "Spinners" are not actually spinners. They're just hubcaps attached to a 22 inch steel wheel.
Known issues:
Video may be choppy or refuse to loop properly. If the video suddenly stops, reset using CTRL+R.
