We're 100% sure that this is an issue on your end. This should be easily fixable by clearing your cache. On an additional note, AR162b's Gavril T-Series Addon is not compatible as it is known to create issues with the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack.

The fuel system implemented with Public 2.0.5x has its flaws and got significantly impacted with the latest game versions. This is why Public 2.0.6f has temporarily disabled the system so our partner is able to resolve the issues.
