    Important information;

    Mesh breakage is intentional, however it will be cleaned up in more places for a future release; Please be patient, I've heard your complaints and I'm working on fixing it.

    This has been in the works since October 2017, and I have enough done that I can upload it and share it with you guys. This is my second overall vehicle project, second completed vehicle model, and first vehicle with pretty much all either scratch made or heavily edited JBeam structures.

    Consider this a public beta release; I am still refining the mod quite a bit, and at this point, I will need the feedback from everyone at this point in order to better refine the mod as a whole.

    What is it?

    screenshot_01482.png

    It's an entirely new vehicle for BeamNG;

    Every asset, yes, even the ones I pulled from the Barstow and other vehicles, had to be custom tailored and heavily edited in order to work properly with this. Very few things, if any besides the engines and front suspension, can be compared node-to-node with an official vehicle directly.

    screenshot_01483.png

    It features a transverse leaf spring independent rear suspension, and an unequal length A-Arms independent front suspension.

    You have your choice of any of Gavril's small and big block V8s, with plenty of parts to craft an engine suited just for your needs.

    screenshot_01486.png screenshot_01485.png

    Also it features a Fiberglass body, which can break apart visually and structurally in a hard enough impact.

    The mod features skin system support; I will include a set of UVs in the main thread so you can mess around with making them.

    If you make a good enough skin, I may ask to feature it in the mod; Credit will be given.

    @Acrain7 , @CRAZY RACER , @Duster02 , @FireStriker , and @MrAnnoyingDude ; Mod testing in my beta group (You will continue to hear feedback from them as they find more issues in this version.)

    BeamNG devs; Official assets from multiple vehicles (Barstow and ETK I series to name a couple.)

    BUGS;

    Popup headlights do not align to socket and/or the positioning is too high;
    Known, still trying to work on a fix.I'm really limited with hydros here unfortunately :/

    Suspension meshes tend to look a bit weird in action; No fix yet due to how I and atv_123 had to do the suspension in order to get it to work. Rest assured, it works as intended ;)

    Front clip, hood, and tires clip into each-other noticeably in heavy front-end crashes; Known issue, no fix is completely possible at this moment in time due to the nature of the components.

    Vehicle tends to stick to other vehicles in heavy collisions; Known, working on a fix

    Vehicle vibrates and/or vibrates heavily under hard acceleration with powerful engines; Known issue, working on a fix.

    The best thing you can do honestly to help the mod out is to post about your experience in the main thread and things you find.

    It is definitely far from perfect, and has quite a few quirks I still have yet to find time to eliminate, but I believe, the experience of the mod right now outweighs the small issues enough to justify a release.

    Enjoy ;) Leave a like in the thread, a review, and a post about your overall experience; I'm anticipating your feedback.

    I really do love this car, it fits so seamlessly in with the official game cars. And I would absolutely love to see a possible convertible in the future

      Thanks for the compliment :) It's far from perfect but I'm still working on what I can to improve the mod.

      As far as a convertible goes, or even a hardtop convertible or removable top, I don't plan on adding one anytime soon due to complications with the model.

      Happy to hear you're enjoying the mod!

    not bad, parts like to glitch into one another during crashes though, also front body parts generally get stuck on the front grill. besides that amazing mod. would rate it 3.5/5

      Clipping has no full fix unfortunately thanks to the size and shape of the objects. I have some more mitigating measures prepared for the next release, so we'll see if that helps it.

    1) There's no performance stats.
    2) Preview backgrounds are black.

    It's not really featured resource. I have seen better

      Well this merits a decent response.

      Feedback is appreciated, here's what I have to say to your complaints;

      These that you think are the end of the world are merely the finishing touches, and the mod isn't finished quite yet, so I haven't added performance stats and final backgrounds in yet.

      I seek to do these in the future, just not until I have more of the mod complete and finalized.

      Sorry you didn't enjoy the mod because of these things :(

    Can we make this an official car?

      Author's Response
      There are some legal complications that would prevent the devs from adding user made content to the game unfortunately, but thanks for the kind words :)

      Besides, I feel that user-made content should be handled differently than official content; This stuff is what I like to create in my spare time, versus using my skillset to make something I may not be entirely interested in for hire... If you know what I mean.

      Happy to hear you are enjoying the mod!

    Easily one of my favorite mods. I do have a couple of issues however.
    1. The luxury and road versions of the Vendetta overheat way to easily. i notice that some of the others have the high performance radiator and that one doesn't overheat except if its leaking.
    2. Off-road version hard to control. Just constant wheel spin and crashing. Possibly tone that down and if not already, make it 4wd. Overall though fun and awesome mod.

      Author's Response
      Intending to fix thermals, but BeamNG changed how the "realistic" components work. Settings in JBeam currently match those of the Barstow, and behave as such. Until fix treat the non performance radiator equipped configs the same way you would the non-performance equipped radiator configs in the Barstow.

      As for offroad config, it's paired with the fact its RWD instead of 4WD, with tires with not enough grip, and a too powerful engine. I am considering re-balancing it at some point

      Happy to hear you're enjoying the mod though! ;)
