H45 Utility Skin 0.2

Thanks! I make so many skins though, making a config for each would just clutter everyone's model selection screen so I choose to keep it as a skin instead!

Select the H45 ambulance from the Gavril Vanster subcategory, then go to vehicle options, click paint design and select the "Utility Livery".
