The release of the Hirochi Outlaw, a motorcycle 6 months in the making.
This mod will get ongoing updates with more parts, configs, and fixes.
This drives very differently to a car but the points below can help if you have issues controlling it

    SPECIAL BINDINGS AND RECOMMENDED KEYS:
"Cycle max lean angle", bind to U, cycles through max lean angle and steering damping settings for different control schemes
"Photo mode", bind to I, allows you to toggle 'parked' mode to take photos
"Choke", bind to o, cycles between manual choke settings on early models for cold starts (late models have auto-chokes)
"Rider tuck", this is an added axis to be bound to a controller stick to control the rider's forward/backward lean

THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL THIS IS WITH A WHEEL,
and if you do this, set it to around 140 degrees of lock-to-lock (so it turns 70 degrees either way)
If you don't have a wheel, use the binding above to set a lean angle that works for you and your input method.

    WHEN RIDING AT LOW SPEED
The bike will maintain a speed of about 9-10mph if you get it up to that speed and hold the throttle a little (holding the rear brake and a little more throttle may prove easier), when it's moving at this speed it will counterlean allowing for very tight turns. Be careful when letting off the throttle to drop below this speed though, if you do so while leaning you could fall over.

IF THE ENGINE STALLS OR WON'T REV
this bike features manual chokes on the early models, and cold rev limiters on the late models. Use the binding above to set your choke to prevent stalling when cold, and use the 'custom ignition system' and set 'cold limiter' to 0 in the tuning menu if you want to get rid of the cold rpm limit.

IF THE REAR END BECOMES UNSTABLE AND WOBBLES OR BOUNCES
you can stabilise the rear end using engine braking (let off the throttle and downshift if possible) or using the rear brake (hold the parking brake). If this is a persistant problem on your config or with your riding style, try fitting the race shock and adjusting the damping values to suit you.

The rider model is still slightly jank, I'm not great at character modelling, but I'm going to try and improve them by adding actual clothing (and options for different helmets, clothing, etc later)

If you spot any issues or have suggestions, please report them to me on the discord server thread (preferred) or in a PM

Amazing mod! I'm a huge motorcycle enthusiast, hopefully buying my first one irl soon. This mod is very fun and easy to learn. I also made a 99% reliable wheelie config which is fun to toy with too.

its good but the driving with the controller is shit, maybe you could put some racing suspension and fork in mode, because i can find them in my game. and the bike would run 16k rpm. if you would be perfect, put some racing electronics in. for TC , AW , EBS, pitlimiter and some more slicks for better traction. if iam trying to ride, the whole bik is swimming.

I have no words, i think you did a impresive job! It have even better phisics than other simulators like ride or others, belive i have tried many games and i modded the game with bikes like this one, for example in LFS, and i have tested other games very unknown but with good phisics, and is the oposite. Also the lean angle is very cool thing, to be able to select it, and the way it falls is even better than other simulators with automatly fall after certain angle. And the decent tuning and parts are also a big job, im spending many hours just hanging around and making videos XD
The only weird thing is the drag race, when goes around 320kmh the rear tire start to slide, i dont know if its a aerodinamic thing but it looks like it loose the weight in the rear train, i dont know if you could do something about it becouse there are many km per hour left to squeeze the power of the engine hehe.
Also i miss a bit to make wheelies, i guess the power and the aceleration are very realistics but maybe with the driver weight you could play to allow us to make wheelies ;)
Thank you in name of the motorbike lovers!

I'm a controller user, I will say, using a controller is HARD, but once you can get it down, and you weave through traffic on Tokyo highways at 170+ mph, it's amazing, I can't wait for more updates.

Idk why but the rev limiter always maxes out at 6,000 rpm. Don't know how to fix

That is the cold limiter. Either start your engine warmed, wait for it to warm up, or use the custom ignition system and disable it in the tuning menu.
