This is a simple texture modification for the Hirochi TR89 rims. I created it as a simple educational experiment, as I have very little knowledge over Beam's modding system or even simple photo editing. It's definitely not the highest-quality mod out there, but I figured I might as well share it, get some feedback, and improve upon the design.
