Alpha Hood Stack For D-Series 1.0

Adds a hood stack to the d-series.

    This mod adds a chrome hood stack and a black hood stack. Also adds a hood with a hole for the hood stacks.
    The hood stacks can be found in engine under exhaust.

    Hood stacks work on the cummins, Duramax and the vanilla game 6.0L Diesel.
