Experimental Hybrid System for Scintilla 1.0

Inspired by fillman86's hybrid LMS


Using the characteristic of engines can take more than 1 output, the EV motor is connected to the second output of the engine by fake wheels, so the EV motor can also use the transmission with engine and with the engine shut off the car can still runs(in some circumstances)

Its still experimental but i think it can be fitted to any car with some modding knowledge so have fun doing prius

The Hybrid stuffs can be found under extra modification slots and it works better with CVT
