    Ibishu Diadem ('90 - '93)
Diadem was a product of Gavril-Ibishu's partnership through the 90s. The Japanese domestic market was in a dire need of a full-size luxury sedan so Ibishu decided to borrow the shell from Grand Marshal and magic happened.

Ibishu Diadem is a mod based on Grand Marshal. RHD body/interior, custom engines (including a 3.5 from Bolide!), JDM lights, rear independent suspension, and custom badging are the coolest features of this mod but there are a few more! I'll let the screenshots below speak of themselves.

    Known Issues:
    - Pretty large file size
    - Police skin acting weird
    - Police lightbar doesn't work as intended
    - Rear race brakes are invisible
    - Other minor things (let me know if you find any)

    Planned:
    - Tweaks
    - More skins
    - More configs
    - Fender mirrors (need help)

    - Custom interior textures (need help)
    - Correct engine models (need help)
    - Japanese number plates (ones shown in screenshots aren't mine)
    - Other cool stuff (feel free to suggest)

This is my first mod and it wouldn't have happened without the help and resources from others. Below is a list of people that contributed to this project (which is still not over). Let me know if I missed somebody!

Loved the mod! Could borrow some strengthening on the engine blocks though (go to maxtorque in the engine jbeam).

I like it, but there is one thing wrong with it:

    1. The interior is still from the Grand Marshall, including the steering wheel and dashboard badges. An Ibishu-ish one would be better.

Working on making the interior more JDM-ish :)

To be honest, in its current state I feel like it's really an RHD Grand Marshall that's been rebadged. The only other change I really noticed is there's orange on the edges of the taillights so it's like orange blinkers. As an RHD rebadge it isn't bad, but I feel like it could use more changes if you want it to be a separate vehicle - especially if you're aiming for it to be a lore friendly Toyota Crown. I still give 4 stars though because it's not bad, it just could use more changes in my opinion.

Edit: I see now you don't know how to make models and would like ideas. Perhaps you could borrow parts from vanilla cars, I saw that done on the Ibishu Dove which was meant to be like the JDM Gavril pickup. It used the front from the Gavril van.

Thank you for your feedback. There are plans to change the interior and yes, I will probably go the route of using vanilla parts from other cars and adjusting them :)

radical badge engineered land yacht! in the future it would be neat to see some super small high revving 4 pots just for giggles, or even a 3 rotor like a Eunos Cosmo on the big-ol fullsize.
    thanks for the awesome mod!

i love it but, Japan does use KM/H not MPH, can you add LHD versions? thx

      Author's Response
I know, will try to make KM/H gauge cluster. Also in terms of LHD version, since this car is JDM only, there probably won't be one.

Not related to this one, I thought of name by thinking of Toyota Crown :)

Would've been better if the 4 speed transmission ratio adapted for lower engine size, a 5/6 Speed Automatic Transmission, or maybe a new final drive to make the performance more better. But overall this mod was such a good thing to have.

Thanks, yeah, I noticed weirdly slow acceleration and low top speed, will do something about it for next update

quite nice actually but there would be quite a few things that i would change on it to make it look more japanese, for example, remodeled front and rear bumpers also the side trim - they still have the classic american cladding on them wich doesnt help it look more japanese, so try smoothening them out or make them smaller, for referance try to look at some classic japanese sedans, like the late 1990s toyota century, nissan cedric (Y32 - Y34) and the nissan cima (Y33), also the taillights - they still look very american, i would say that either make completely new ones with a diffrent shape, or make the center black part a part of the taillight, like make a lightbar (try looking at some 90s japanese sports cars for referance), also what you could do is instead of the lightbar taillight is to make an early 90s toyota century inspired taillight, where the taillights are narrow like on the Grand Marshal but they are longer, like they stretch quite far in the middle but there is still room in the middle for a chrome part or maybe a body colored/plastic part, if you need me to explain a bit more then DM me

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! I've considered those before however, I lack the skill to do that. If you know how, I'd appreciate some guiding!
