    Ibishu has released the Hopper Junior, a light vehicle version of the Hopper for the Japanese market, equipped with a 658cc three-cylinder turbo engine.
    It has right-hand drive and the speedometer is in kilometers.

    As others have said, the size of the Hopper is too large to be a Kcar even with a 660cc engine. I think you can directly make it as "Ibishu Hopper Japanese Market Expansion"based on some non-Kcar Japanese ORVs and SUVs.

    thanks for RHD,but the hopper is way too big for kei cars regulation,and too heavy for 660cc engine...

    rhd is broken
    size looks to be the same as the normal hopper so i dont think it classifies as a kei truck
    the engine is extremely sluggish to the point that i dont think it would be legal on public roads
