A completely useless addition to the Ibishu Pigeon, adding a towtruck config. You can't tow over (Roughly) a ton.
The original mod was outdated, so I made it functional again with and uploaded permission with from thetooth

Instructions:
-Lower hook
-Reverse so hook is under the center of the bumper
-Raise hook
-Drive away
Controls:
"> "or "." to make the hook go down
"<" or "," to make the hook go up
