Not long ago, it occurred to me that it might be easier to make a vehicle larger than it currently is to downsize a vehicle and still make it drivable, due to the way BeamNG works. Using Masa's N/B Editor and past experience from my failed R/C Covet project, I scaled up all attributes of Pigeon by 2 (except global node weight and beam value scaling, that was done by a magnitude of 1.7). The result was a pretty much drivable Pigeon that was twice the size of the normal one! Here's a trailer:
Features:
• The latest Pigeon model and jbeam, all scaled up by 2
• Default Pigeon configs with pre-selected additional parts, including more powerful engines, brakes, and stronger clutches.
• Other minor additions
While I have taken steps beyond simple model and jbeam scaling to make this vehicle usable, there are a few things that I may or may not get around to in a later update, listed below.
Known Issues:
• Beacon on street cleaning config needs to be fixed
• Rear suspension/bed on 600 config is slightly unstable
• Box over the bed of the boxed config spawns slightly dented
