Ibishu's response to new 1990 kei car regulations





This mod adds:
- 651cc I3 engine loosely based on engines from Honda and Daihatsu
- 3-speed automatic with a longer final drive
- carburetor, fuel injection, ITB intakes
- two ECUs
- speed limiter based on how far the speedo can go (105km/h)
- pigeon and wigeon configs
