Innovis EconoSprint 1.7

'80s Econobox with Gambler 500 variant

I made this mod for the new Gambler 500 Contest.
I used automation and this has got to be my most detailed vehicle mod.
Both cars have the same specs, a ~105hp 2.1l v6 (I forgot specifics)
The car is a compact coupe from 1987, and it only has 2 seats
The Gambler variant only has cosmetic differences, e.g, bumper bars, a lift, different (bigger) offroad wheels/tires.
    Both variants are FWD
    Ooh, new pictures!

Before I start, I do not claim to be a pro at automation and only think I could maybe give a few words to help this mod improve. Anything I suggest, I would advise testing on a clone as to not accidently make the car worse. That would suck.

For the most part, this isn't the worst mod i've seen. and I think the main problems are easy fixes. If they were fixed, I might be tempted to give 4 stars.

For the stock car, I noticed one big problem and that was oversteer. I think you just need to increase the rear tire size and there wouldn't be a problem.

For the gambler 500 car, the tune is actually good. The biggest problem for that really is ground clearance. I did a test up a offroad trail and I ended it with bet steering ad a torn up bumper. I think it only needed a few inches and it would have been completely fine. The worst problem with the extra lift might be body roll, but I think the springs are stiff enough for it to not matter. If it does add roll, just give it more sway bar. It's already really flexible,so removing some of that to make it able to cross a more difficult trail is probably worth it.

Overall, I hope you understand that I just want to help you out. If you have questions, I'll happily answer. If you do improve the mod, I'll re-install it and change this review accordingly.

Thank you for the honest review, it really helps.
Now I see that you said you had an issue with oversteer, but on my end i have the exact opposite issue, which would be crippling understeer at any reasonable speed.

I will say for the gambler 500 trim that you are not inaccurate with the ground clearance being an issue, but it's not really made for rough offroading, but I probably will lift it a little bit if i can, but i think that's just as high as it goes.

Since it has MacPherson Strut front suspension, the game handles this weird and whenever you steer it nearly bottoms out, and i dont really feel like changing that out so I'll just install a stiffer swaybar, like you said.

I'll try to make edits accordingly and i hope you improve the rating as well. If not, ill take on all the suggestions you can give me.
