- Minor config updates and improvements
Such as broken engines, incorrect fuel tanks, missing lightbars, other minor config bugfixes due to game updates and adding many missing lettering to vehicles

- Higher resolution transformation for a few skins
Only for a few vehicles such as Hopper for example

- Major texture bug corrected on the Vivace and Gavril H vehicles
Because of the new 0.24 game version - broken textures were corrected.

• The old CS format texture config files were converted into JSON for those models
• The DDS format were updated for those models.
• I'll do the same for the others models of this mod in future updates
