Beta JAK GT-Sporty MKII 1.1

THIS MOD WILL BE RECIEVING ALOT OF UPDATES OVER TIME

Finally! Someone is actually going to release a GT40 MKII mod, and its going to be... me?

I've seen plenty of people start working on a GT40 MKII mod, but they've all either gone silent about it or gave up entirely and stop communicating on the thread. While this is no super accurate replica of the original MKII's that were raced, it sure is a pretty good shot at it. There are certain limitations that I was faced with in automation regarding materials, textures, and exporting. A lot of the textures seen are custom materials I made in software and out of IRL examples of the car.

Now back to the car, it is automation based and contains custom textures and sounds sampled from real examples of the vehicle (either taken IRL or another source). I've tried to stick to lore-friendly logos, which include parodies of IRL brands, in-game brands, and my own brand name, "JAK", for the sake of consistency and it not being a mess of IRL, fake, and lore friendly brands.

This has been in the works for a while, so I have some photos to show you of the progress timeline between now and March of 2024.

Future Ideas:
Right now, there currently only exists the current version (#86 Racecar), as well as an unmarked version without numbers and stickers coming soon after this post. What is definitely possible is different paint configurations for different configs. I would also like to try my hand at maybe an X-1 Roadster config. I also definitely need to figure out how to get different tires to appear correctly on the vehicle. Oh, and I cant forget, adjusting the JBEAM to fit the vehicle better.
