Hello everyone, for my first mod I have chosen to recreate the plate used by the Japanese Imperial Household. The Emperor's cars are the only in Japan that are allowed not to mount a proper license plate. They only have the Emblem of the Imperial Family, the golden chrysanthemum.
Note: this plate is (like the real one) not intended to display numbers; however there is enough space for one or two characters, if you want
