What happens when you take an old Jefferson you found in the desert and plop it on top of a shortened 2500 HD truck chassis from 2003? The answer, of course, is greatness.
With a reliable 6.8 liter pushrod V8, a computer-controlled 5 speed automatic gearbox, switchable transfer case and twin solid axles with locking differentials, this beast can go anywhere it fits without any issue - and come back. Whether its slow rock crawling or high-speed desert mobbing, it can do it all.
Body modifications include steel bumpers and tubular rock sliders, as well as custom fender flares to fit the huge 34 inch tires. There is also high-intensity LED lighting all around, making sure Gamblers can see even in the darkest of conditions. Most parts remain in their original, patina'd state - except for a reproduction hood finished in satin black.
Engine modifications were limited to a standalone ECU, side-exit exhaust and a set of high-mounted pod filters acting as snorkels.
Inside, the truck's dashboard replaces the original, though a fully digital gauge cluster for the standalone ECU is installed. There is also a hydraulic handbrake for dusty slides, while safety is ensured by a pair of modern racing seats and a fire extinguisher.
