This is the 1965 Kawayuchi Blackbird TRS-12, the first generation of a lightweight high-revving sports car series powered exclusively by 1L I4 engines. The car handles well and is quite small, so it's relatively good for racing, but as it has a low-powered engine, its acceleration and top speed aren't on par with true sports cars.
