This mod contains some formats of Korean license plates from 1973 to 2006.
1. 1-digit license plates with an area code ( 1973 - 1996 )
Some variations exits in this format.

2) Thick font ( 1973 - 1996 Private - Myeongjo Thick )
3) Thin font ( 1973 - 1996 Private - Myeongjo Thin )

1) Old font ( 1973 - 1996 Commercial )
2) Thick font ( 1973 - 1996 Commercial - Myeongjo Thick)

2. 2-digit license plates with an area code ( 1996 - 2004 )
1) 2-digit license plates ( 1996 - 2004 Private/Commercial double digit) (Upper: Private, Under: Commercial)
2) 1-digit license plates ( 1996 - 2004 Private/Commercial single digit) (Upper: Private, Under: Commercial)
3. License plates without an area code (2004-2006 Private)
*No commercial ones due to a difference on rules about commercial vehicles between regions
Text format of this license plate is like
"Area" "Number(1)" "Hangul" "Number(4)"
*space between each strings doesn't matter.

"seoul" "incheon" "daegu" "busan" "daejeon" "gwangju"
"gangwon" "gyeonggi" "chungbuk" "chungnam"
"jeonbuk" "jeonnam" "gyeongbuk" "gyeongnam" "jeju"
"Number": 0-9
"Hangul":
Each symbol can be divided in 2 parts.
A consonant symbol in front and a vowel symbol following it.
For example, "가(ga)" can be divided in 2 parts, "ㄱ(g)" and "ㅏ(a)".
I will show you the list of symbols in order(left to right).
Consonant: ㄱ(g), ㄴ(n), ㄷ(d), ㄹ(r), ㅁ(m), ㅂ(b), ㅅ(s), ㅇ(none),
ㅈ(j), ㅊ(ch), ㅋ(k), ㅌ(t), ㅍ(p), ㅎ(h)
Vowel: ㅏ(a), ㅓ(eo), ㅗ(o), ㅜ(u), ㅡ(eu)
