This is (to my knowledge) the 4th and (technically) the most detailed and desstructable building mod for Beamng, and the only one made in Automation. Almost 3 entire days have went into making, breaking, and fixing this house. I gave up on trying to make this thing drive because of issues that I couldn't fix. Despite the fact that it is not a car and doesn't drive, this is my favorite thing that I have made in Automation. Nothing special is required to download this mod. Just download it as you would for any other mod. With that out of the way, I hope you enjoy it.
The Exterior
The exterior (pictured above) Is very basic, but very detailed as well. It is also pretty durable for something made out of 3D fixtures. It can withstand a 40 MPH collision with some trucks, but not with itself.
It also features a functioning exterior light.
The Interior
The interior of the house features 4 rooms.
The Bedroom- The bedroom comes furnished with a twin bed, book shelve (with individual books), dresser, and TV (with cord).
The Living Room- The living room comes furnished with two chairs, functioning lamp (with cord), two tables, a painting/picture, and a laptop.
The Kitchen- The Kitchen comes equipped with a stove top, oven, sink, fridge, clock, garbage bin, and dish strainer.
The Bathroom- The bathroom comes equipped with a toilet, and a roll of toilet paper.
Every thing on the interior is also fully destructible.

Known Issues and Bugs
-The Floor has some small gaps in it, this will be fixed in a later update.
-Some things are misaligned, this will also be fixed in a later update.
-Some things will minorly vibrate and shake, this can't be fixed but isn't a issue that will effect anything.
-the two other interior lamps have a bad/dim lighting effect, This will be fixed in a later update.
NOTICE- the house will noticeably drop you're framerate when damaged. I will release a version that is more FPS friendly later on, but It won't have the level of detail that this one has.

Sadly, no. It would take a lot of work that I don't know how to do for me to be able to make this scalable. It would be nice if this was the correct size of a average mobile home, but due to the way I had to make this thing it would have been impossible to do.

Thank you, As far as I know, Destructible 3D fixture vehicles cant be made anymore due to one of automations recent updates which made 3D fixtures act as a regular Automation car body when they deform. It would only be possible to make something like this if you had a older version of Automation, but to my knowledge it is impossible to go back to a older version of the game.

Thanks, and it is kind of under scaled as I based this on the RV body mod which is a bit smaller than the average mobile home.
