Overhaul of Ouerbacker's old desert map

    - Groundmodels updated (asphalt, rock, gravel, sand)
    - Preventive maintenance performed on all assets
    - Dynamic lighting and AI routes redone

    Unused assets removed (~ 450 MB)
    Added:
    - cars to car dealership
    - gas station
    - some dirt roads for
    - 3 time trials

    This Map is crazy awesome. I LOVE IT! This map could be great for Rallies, the road textures just need to be a bit more perfected, other than that I would rate it 10 if I could
