Unsupported Last Minute Holiday Mall Delivery 1.0

NOTE: Just because this mod is unsupported does not mean it doesn't work! If it does break, it will not be fixed.

My entry into this year's Holiday Modding Contest.

This is just one simple mission where you need to go from the Shuffleboard Logistics center on Spearleaf Island to the mall area in West Coast USA, in under 3 minutes to make sure they don't get overwhelmed by last-minute gift shoppers. But wait, isn't that just a straight line? Well yes, but actually no. You'll also need to maneuver your way through the mall area with a heavy T-Series and find a way to the arrival spot with the remaining time you have left.
