In the 1970s, Laybinitiz Motors dominated the rally scene with its latest model, the Fenix. Every rally enthusiast and competitor knew who the Fenix was. Then, in 2008, Laybinitiz released a tribute to the first generation Fenix, the EVO version. This was a restomod, with improvements in power and handling. With a 500 hp 3-cylinder engine, the Fenix Evo revived the legacy of its ancestors. Unfortunately, this model never took part in the rally scene, because John Laybinitiz, now 80 years old, did not want the car to enter motorsport, but rather to be used for fun purposes.
