Unsupported Legacy Tires Pack 1.02

I will only update the pack when the developers make any other changes to the tires in future updates. Also, if the mods you're using still spawn without tires even after installing this add-on, then said mods themselves are to blame, and I can't do anything about that. You could try adding back the tires yourself in the parts selection menu and then save the configurations from there, but keep in mind that because I marked the pack as Unsupported, you should use it at your own discretion.

As far as I know, the patch does not apply to official content vehicles, since they have been adapted to use the updated tires from the 0.20 update. But rather, it is to be used for mods that still rely on certain pre-0.20 tires, in which there are a decent amount. Because none of the code was changed when porting over said tires, they most likely retain the tire physics from 0.19. Though I wouldn't be too surprised if that wasn't the case. Hopefully my explanation adequately answers your questions.

Think of this mod as a patch that adds back some tires that were changed in 0.20 and later. It may or may not have the same physics as the current tires. But thanks for the review.

I was aware of this issue for some time now, and I may have fixed it when the next hotfix is approved. Thanks for the report nonetheless.

I haven't modified the 0.19 tires, other than just making sure they don't conflict with the 0.20 tires. I can't exactly pinpoint the blame to either the mod you are using the add-on for, or the game itself; hence why it's labeled as "Experimental". But it's nice to hear that the add-on saved you the time and hassle nonetheless :)
