Locate, and Apprehend 3

You received a report of a reckless driver in a Moonhawk Custom. The problem is you don't know their location.

Drive around the map to find the suspect, and arrest them by making sure they can't move.

You have to make sure you unmarked Grand Marshall doesn't take a lot of damage, and make sure you don't get stuck.

Tips and hints

• The Moonhawk will always spawn in the same spot. The AI mode is set on Random, meaning you could theoretically sit at your spot, and wait for them to past. It's up to you.
