Unsupported - Luuks Radar Mod

NOTE: As I'm taking a break from BeamNG.Drive, I consider this mod open source now. If you are interested in maintaining it, all I ask for is credit!

A radar mod for your simracing needs!
This mod contains a fairly simple radar mod showing the size and position of other cars relative to yours, and distance represented as color.
To use, you simply enable the mod, and add the "Luuks Radar Mod" UI app to your screen.

Planned features:
- I already have information on cars to your left/right, so I'd like to show a little warning triangle on the left/right if cars are close to you, to help you know if you are clear to move over.
