Magic Transfercase 2.0

Adds Magic Transfercase to D-Series that can essentially be whatever format you want. Allows you to change the driven wheels on the fly.
Features:

• AWD/4WD/RWD/FWD - for 2WD lock centre diff.
• Centre diff can be open/lsd/heavy lsd/locking or a combination of these - limited slip values can be tweaked in tuning tab.
• Front axle or rear axle can be disconnected independently.
• Selectable Rear axle underdrive - allows the rear axle to be driven at normal speed or slower when required, good for tight turns where 4wd is still necessary - ratio for when engaged can be tweaked in the tuning tab.
• Requires Magic Rear Driveshaft to be selected.
