Beta Matt's Vanilla Config Pack (over 80 configs!) 1.0

Hello all!

This is a HUGE pack of vanilla configurations I made. There are currently 87 configs for you to play around with.

Unlike my other mod, the configs don't require other mods to work properly as they're all vanilla!


Key features:

• Lots of variety (scroll down for more details)
• High-resolution, crisp thumbnails for all configs! (also probably why the file size is so damn big)
• Interesting descriptions and performance stats for almost all configs!

This page could get very wordy, so I'm just going to let the pictures and the captions do the talking.
(Keep in mind that not all configs are shown here, just a few examples of what you can expect.)

Beaters and barn finds: used-and-abused and used-and-abandoned cars, enough said.


Drift cars: finely tuned RWD cars, meant to be driven sideways in a (somewhat) controllable manner.


Gamblers: cars that are never meant to go offroad, modified to go offroad...some of them may even look like something straight out of Mad Max! Most configs labelled "Gambler" have nitrous.


Lore-friendly configs: from limited-edition models to homologation specials, these configs aim to expand BeamNG's lore.


Lore-friendly race cars: to make BeamNG's lore even more interesting!


My personal builds: a selection of my personal favorites . These configs have a "Matt's" prefix.


Trackday cars: track-focused builds with meticulously tuned suspension, modified engines, racing slicks, and other bits and bobs.

Time attack cars: with loads of power and downforce, these things are the apex track predators. Hold on to your behind.


Wanderer Designs: a fictional brand in the BeamNG universe, Wanderer Designs are well known for building the ultimate overland vehicles. All 3 Wanderer configs come with 3-link live axle suspension front and rear, offroad coilovers, big tires, and powerful turbodiesel engines.

I'm aware that this is getting quite long, but there are actually so many more configs (especially for the D-Series) that I didn't include here, they're there for you to discover!

Known issues & notes:

• Missing descriptions/stats for Covet, Moonhawk, and SBR4 configs. The console says that the game can't read the info files so I'll still have to figure that out somehow. However, I still included the configs themselves.
• File size is massive...not sure what I could do with that

• A note about cars with nitrous injection: the performance stats (hp and torque) are recorded when the nitrous is disarmed. I did this on purpose (for the sake of consistency)
