Unsupported Mercedes-Benz OM457hLA engine for the Wentward DT40L 1.1

  1. Softair
Warning: This mod is now included in DaddelZeit's Wentward DT40L Expansion Pack as the ETK 6D120 engine. Do not use both of them at the same time as it might cause conflicts.
12.0L Inline 6 engine with a realistic torquecurve and power and torque values
    Two realistic turbochargers
2 configs: City (OM457hLA) and Highway (OM457hLA), City being equipped with the worse turbo (295 PS, 1255 Nm) and Highway with the better turbo (348 PS, 1855 Nm)

I got the idea for this mod once after a discussing buses with DaddelZeit. He mentioned that the Setra buses around where he lives have engines that feel very powerful, I started some research and after a few hours, I ended up with this.

Do you can make The Mercedes-Benz Diesel Engine OM 447 hA for The Wentward DT40L because I'm a Big Fan of the MB O'405 Bus!

Sorry, I'll have to decline your request. I don't plan to add more engines, although I thought about it previously. Engine data (torquecurves) aren't always easy to find, and even though I have some low quality data for some of the other OM447 versions, I have none for the OM447hLA.

First gen Citaros and Setra S315NFs were the inspiration.
