In 2014 MPA sales were not as expected, and James Runt decided to invest money just for another project, if he went wrong he would sell the company. To enter the light quadricycle market in Europe, Runt had a 3-cylinder engine created, with one more cylinder than the others, of homologable power, the MPA 300 6kW engine. Runt decided to venture into aesthetics: he contacted Gionelli to obtain the chassis of the classic Gionelli 130 from the 60s, the GNL-130II, and reproduce it to create a 60s / 70s style car.

Nel 2014 le vendite di MPA non furono quelle previste, e James Runt decise di investire denaro solo per un altro progetto, se fosse andato male avrebbe venduto l'azienda. Per entrare nel mercato dei quadricicli leggeri in Europa, Runt fece creare un motore 3 cilindri, con un cilindro un più rispetto alle altre, di potenza omologabile, il motore MPA 300 6kW. Runt decise di azzardare nell'estetica: contattò Gionelli per ottenere il telaio della classica Gionelli 130 degli anni 60, il GNL-130II, e riprodurlo per creare una vettura stile anni 60/70.
