-24 Unique Configurations

-Added "falloff" RPM (thanks chatgpt for correcting my terrible coding and helping me get it to work)
-Added "Random Engine Failure/Explosion" (This will give a 3% chance that the engine will blowup at full throttle under load, its random so it might happen twice in a row, it might not happen for hours), can be removed in the configuration menu if you do not want it on (I made LUAs to work with diesel and gasoline configs)
-Career Mode Support
-Drag version for some added fun
