Experimental Mobile Sensor Lab EVOC Course 0.1.3

This EVOC course was created by the Mobile Sensor Lab using BeamNG Flowgraph. It contains various maneuvers typical of an EVOC course, such as maneuvering through cones, sharp turns, parallel parking, 3-point turns, and reversing through cones. More trials may be added in the future. To install, simply download the zip folder. After that, go to your BeamNG user folder, and copy the zip file to the "mods" folder. After that, if BeamNG is already running, restart it.
