License Plate of the Principality of Monaco

    Simple mod that adds the current license plate from Monaco.
    It now uses the standard font, in blue, resized and moved to fit the design.
    I am currently working on a custom font.

    Very good mod (except size, but it's problem of the game), but you should add year under coat of arms! (sorry for my English, I'm from Russia)
