car looks cool but the engine disables everytime

fuel tank dissapears from the parts list

I really want to drive this but engine keeps dying.

i remember using it to go to the Islands on the Italy map when it was released :D

It's really good but i followed the instructions on how to swim it and it doesnt work. please help?
