Yes... this map brings so many memories

Ahhhh, miss the good old days when playing rigs of rods.

I am genuinely impressed by the return of the spawn buildings! For me though, Rockton County is the Holy Grail of RoR maps, and I can only wish that one day it will receive the BeamNG treatment too.

Also, we really need an edit button on this thing.

So many memories from RoR. Very happy to be able to relive them in BeamNG.

Haven't played yet, but the nostalgia hurts! I miss the hours i spent with friends. Wish it didn't die.

this brings back the memories of hours spent on my craptastic laptop, playing online with others, 10/10 would take the trip again.

and a nice request, could you see if you an do the f1 track that came with the game?

Amazing job on this, I can feel the pains that you went through trying to port this over. Obviously it isn't nearly as elegant as some other RoR maps, or even most BeamNG maps, but that isn't the point; It's a classic map from a classic simulator that its amazing that it can exist in very similar form in a totally different game.

Most people don't even think of porting the maps... The only other map even remotely ported over was Desert Trails, but even that map wasn't nearly as faithful to the original as this is.


Outstanding work, I hope you have the motivation to port a few other classic RoR maps over in the future, but for now it's awesome just to have this.

Man the Old days!

Haven't gotten the chance to play it but I do know precisely how annoying it was to properly port. Digging through the old github/sourceforge versions of ror to find the file of one goddamn building was testament enough.

Nostalgia! Cant wait to limit the fps to 19 for more nostalgia.
