Nero Pheonix Turbo 1.0

Neros weird Audi A5 Opponent

  1. PlayKoyote24
After Koyote bought Nero, they brought their GT Project back to life. The task was to use as many Nero 700/Koyote components as possible. Witch means 10% for Nero apparently.
The Concept of a 2 door coupe for long trips that has room for 4 people was completely rethought. Most GTs have big engines and therefore long hoods. As Nero wanted to keep the typical GT Shape but only planned on using a 2l inline 4, they moved the engine to the back. The benefits are: Bigger trunk in front, no big driveshaft needed, less engine noise for driver and more grip on the rear wheels. Also: because the engine is small, you have a second trunk space above it; similar setup to the smart fortwo).
The shape of it with short front overhang (helps with parking and handling) and really long wheelbase (more space, more comfort, better handling) is also engineered to be as subjectively good as possible instead of just looking good.

The car features a 1.8l inline 4, based on the Koyote-22 engine family (used in the Koyote Vektor + Altair and the Nero 700) with a big turbocharger, providing 2 bar of pressure to create 350hp, 480NM torque and eliminating the turbo-hole after 1st gear.

Journalists found out, that a relatively lightweight GT with rear engine and rwd and 350hp can also be funny and sporty to drive, just disable esc.

    Prices start at 55000€
