Simple Mod that updates the Scintilla "Drive Modes" in the Driving and Safety Electronics menu to eliminate the brake light flashing. I was inspired by zshmeez's similar mod for the Vivace, bastion, and ETK800.

Unlike his mods, which use the "Driving and Safety Electronics" slot, the Scintillas flashing is controlled within the drive modes, and it actually only flashes in "Strada" or "street" mode in the vanilla game. I figured while I was already in the drive modes adjusting things I might as well make some other improvements too.

Drive Mode Improvements:

• Quieter exhaust in street mode
• Switched around some gauge display options with the modes that I felt made more sense for each mode
• renamed "Strada" as "street" because it always confused me and the internal name within the jbeam was actually "street" not strada"
  
• probably some other small things I am forgetting
