Experimental Nomad Motors Khowar MKIII 1.0

With the release of 4.24 beta, some old mods were rendered unusable. My old cars cannot load because the mods were broken. Thus I think it a good chance to design and build a new version of my Nomad Motors Khowar. So here comes the MKIII version.
