Be the star of the show in this insane event! Inspired by other games such as Outrun and Burnout, the goal here is to pass many racers along the route, with your choice of vehicle & tactics. You're on TV, so earn bonus points for making it thrilling for the viewers! I included a scoring system for the results menu, which grades you on passes, takedowns, and time. Go for a gold medal!
To score for takedowns, you can either fully spin out the racers, or force them to get wrecked. The PIT maneuver detection is barebones, so some of them won't count. It's still a good way to raise your score, though.
Tips
Issues:
- Don't plow into every racer that you encounter! If your car is too shredded to move, you can't finish the event!
- Avoid obstacles... or use them to your advantage
- Vehicle choice is somewhat important; some vehicles are unexpectedly good (or bad) for this scenario
- The AI is a bit broken at the moment, so this scenario is easier than it used to be
