This mod is my third, so don't expect much from it. I'm still working on how to change the font on the plate, but so far I think I'm doing well. This license plate is the 2004 - 2017 Pennsylvania license plate. It has editable letters and is marked as "Pennsylvania License Plate" in the menu. Here are some pictures of it.
