Adds a optional bedliner to the pickup

    I saw a post by @BJCreeper in community screenshots and had to make it

    So I present to you, the Pickup Bedliner mod! What does it do you ask? Well this mod adds a black bedliner option for the D15 pickup.

    1 bug that i know of. theres a small triangle of paint still on the bed. ill fix it soon.
