Overview
If you ever thought the hottest vanilla Pigeon variants were lacking, barely drivable, or both, this is the mod for you. Screaming motorcycle engine swaps, independent rear suspension, electronic driving aids, and a hearty helping of downforce are only part of what the Pigeon Series 999 has to offer.
Contents
- Scratch-modelled and scratch-JBeamed custom front bumper, custom side skirts, underbody, rear diffuser, and passenger-side ballast
- 3 motorcycle engine options + 2 motorcycle engine radiators + 2 5-speed sequential transmissions (also available for the Wigeon)
- Independent rear suspension + rear-wheel steering option
- Wider 8" Ibishu MagTech and TIMS Kodaira wheels + sports and rally tires (also available for the Wigeon)
- Custom body and bed with cut wheel arches + bed gap panels and bed braces
- Race dashboard
- LED headlights and taillights + halogen and LED race headlights + halogen and LED CHMSLs
- Side-exit sport and race exhausts
- Multiple exhaust sound options
- Thoroughly tuned traction control, and barely tuned (though still useful) stability control

- Modified sport exhaust, bed cover, seats, race coilovers, and drift steering
- Bonus race limited-slip differential for solid axles
- 9 skins
- 14 Pigeon configurations:
Plus Urban 4WS: Probably too complicated for its own good, but what's a bubble-era show car to do?
![]()
Street Tuned 675: An unassuming engine swap painted in a familiar green. Frog-eye headlights not included.
![]()
999 Drift: Built to hoon with a welded diff and cheap tires.
![]()
999 Drag: Nitrous in a motorcycle engine. What could go wrong?
![]()
Race Stage 2 + Race Stage 3: Independent rear suspension and wider rear wheels for better stability have been combined with the obligatory bump in power. The Stage 3 adds aero to the mix.
![]()
999 Hi no Yaiba: Carve up any mountain pass with this thoroughly forged blade of a truck.
![]()
999 Conductor: A novel crossplane crank results in an exhaust note not too far removed from the sound of a fuzzy electric guitar.
![]()
999 Shinobi: A naturally-aspirated warrior with forced-induction performance.
![]()
999 Hato: A brutish iron club to the Hi no Yaiba's elegant katana, this build's engine helps it punch above its weight.
![]()
999 Il Conte: A pint-sized rally truck with a rambunctious side.
![]()
999 8 Hours: A cyclopean endurance racer. Red and white is so last century.
![]()
999 Hillclimb: Agile, powerful for its size, and narrow to boot. In other words, perfect for those particularly tight courses.
![]()
999 Black Kite: A thoroughly kitted-out itasha build, with an aggressive engine tune to up the rock factor.
![]()
- 3 bonus Wigeon configurations: The Sparrow, The Mantis Stage 2, and The Chimney Swift
About the Mod
This whole thing started out in early December last year as a simple bike engine swap set. However, between the instability of the vanilla racing config and the utter lack of aero, one thing led to another and now I've turned a humble little truck into something that can drive circles around a Covet. Whoops.
