A very nice map but you should upload it, there is so much bugs and "no texture" parts and it's a shame because I love this map.

the map is brilliant and the scenic view is great. theres a few personal annoyances. the first thing was that the main road was super slippery and the rather un-plowed roads were a bit grippy. but then again its personal annoyances but hopefully the roads will be sorted. and maybe some deeper snow to make it more challenging and maybe 2-3 more roads

I don't like how the roads are so unnatural. They're completely straight, and every few meters or so there is a short, massive dip (practically a speed bump but it's in the road) that just sends my cars flying into the car and crashing. Nice concept, but it personally took away from my experience. Sorry, but this isn't a very well-made map.

The straight “road” is the old railway, it says so I’m the description. It’s not meant to be easy to drive on.

I live the map, I'm going to leave you 5 stars cause I always forget to edit after updates but I hate the ralway crossings, you could make sth just on the road part so "normal" not low sports cars but normal cars can get over without getting shredded.
It also has kinda low amount of roads but you can always add that later :D, some of the existing off road ones make amazing rally courses but are way too short.
Also you meantined using ice (on asphalt roads) and roads being useless, I think having small patches of ice would make this even more fun.
If you are going to be adding more stuff a frozen river or lake would be amazing too :D

fun unique map ive been aiting for. but shouldn't it be a little more slippier? ive never seen a car get up black ice on the hill rigth after the start like these cars can

It’s wet roads not icy. I did ice at first and the roads were unusable.

great map, also how do you even get a train on here? I can't even get it to go.

      Author's Response
Spawn the train wherever you want, then use shift C to enter free camera mode. Position the camera over the tracks and press F7. Then pause the game with J, open map editor with F11 and select the train. You should now be able to use the rotate/ and move arrows to position it over the tracks. After, quit the map editor with F11 and press control home to make sure the train spawns there any time you reset. Now unpause the game and use the train.

You have to fix the railway crossings, as of now you cannot reasonably expect a regular car to make it over them. Also, It would be much nicer if the roads actually circled around and came back where they started, it makes a much better experience driving there. Regards railway as well. it also feels a bit empty but the polar setting might excuse that. Otherwise a great map, glad to see some more winter environments around here, it's nice to play in the snow.

I hear that. This is my first winter map so it was kind of just a test to see how it works out. I’m currently working on a massive Swiss Alps map with looping tracks and roads. This one will be much better, but will take some time to complete.
