Porsche 911 997 F6 engine for Ibishu BX-Series 1.2

A Porsche 911 engine in a BX-Series?! Unbelievable.

    The Porsche 911 997 F6 engine for the Ibishu BX-Series
    This mod was requested by @phatblab

    It's basically the same as my F6 mod for the SBR, which you can see here:

    Only thing is, it's RWD, not AWD, so expect way more wheelspin.

    It adds:
    • 4.0L F6 engine + vanilla sound variant
    • Stock, Sport, and Variable Twin-Turbochargers
    • 6-Speed Manual Transmission
    • Stock, Stock Turbo, Heavy Duty, Stage 1 and 2 Long Blocks
    • Sport, GT2, and GT3RS exhausts
    • GT2, GT3RS, and Adjustable Race ECUs

    There are 2 included configs: GT2 and GT3RS.
    • The GT2 config makes 529HP, similar to real-life and the exact same in the SBR version.
    • The GT3RS config makes 507HP, similar to real-life and also the exact same in the SBR version.
    The included GT3RS config has the variable-boost twin turbochargers equipped with the PSI set to 2.5, this is normal so I could make an accurate config with accurate horsepower.

    BeamNG for the BX-Series as a base, and an old BeamNG mod that had these sounds, which are originally from Forza Motorsport 7 (FM7).
    the engine model is the default inline-4 as i couldn't find one in any BeamNG vehicles and i don't know much about modeling or anything 3D related. another reason is because the intake models, engine mount models, etc would conflict with the flat-6 engine model.

    Very cool. Successfully manages to keep my right foot on its toes trying not to light up the rear tyres at every available opportunity. I'd love to see configs a bit more capable of handling the power in future updates!

      Thanks, as for the handling, there isn't an AWD version of the BX unless I use a mod, but that would just add a dependency. I'll think about it.

    Love it. I just wish there was an option to use the default beaming F6 sound. Not to say it doesn't sound good, I just prefer the F6 sound already included with the game.
