Post Crash Extras

This mod gives the official vehicles the chance for the horn to get stuck during a crash (won't happen every time), simulating the horn being damaged/shorted out. I have excluded the T Series, however, as the horn is located on top of the cab and it wouldn't make sense for a frontal impact to affect it.

Also included is an enhancement to the post crash brake system which automatically turns off the engine after a frontal crash or rollover, available for the ETK 800/K Series, Hirochi SBR, and Cherrier Vivace/Tograc.

Additionally, 60 seconds after the engine is shut down on the ETK 800 and K Series (or for the eSBR, 60 seconds after the parking brake is applied), the running lights will shut off. Starting the engine (or releasing the parking brake on the eSBR) turns the running lights back on.

Note: Due to limitations of the glowmap system, only half of the Vivace's running lights are able to be shut off.

Thankyou so much. I was hoping someone would make this because I was actually in a front end collision (we got rear ended and then hit the truck in front of us) and the horns got stuck blaring and my dad had to pull out whatever was powering them (He burned his hand).

this mod is cool but for some reason no matter how hard or lightly i crash the car, it will not sound an horn.

  It won't sound the horn every crash. Like it says in the description, in every crash it has the chance to get the horn stuck on. If you still can't get it to work and you've been in more than 10 or 15 crashes and it still doesn't work, then try re-downloading it. At one point I had to re-upload the mod because of a missing file.

Very nice mod. One suggestion I'd have would be to extend that automatic shutoff on the running lights to all headlights, if that was possible. So that the headlights on any car would turn off 25 seconds after you shut down the engine.

This is my first time downloading the mod but one thing is that when I spawn the Beamng official cars I crash test it and nothing works do I have to go into settings or something to make the horn work so whenever I crash a car into another car it would work. So can someone please tell me on how I can make the post crash extra horn work whenever I crash? If you reply to me I will thank you all who will reply. Thanks for helping me if you find an answer to this.
