Proper Sequential Transmission Shift Logic 1.0

WHAT THIS MOD DOES: This is a small fix for the shifting logic for sequential transmissions by allowing the turbocharger to depressurize during an upshift, resulting in a turbo flutter/bov sound to play which feels more immersive and satisfying.

EXPLANATION: When upshifting a sequential gearbox, the engine will cut ignition briefly to unload the transmission allowing for an efficient gear change. The method the game uses to cut the ignition when shifting is by setting the torque of the engine to zero, which would be fine except that the method it uses doesn't correctly interact with the turbo, incorrectly keeping it pressurized (anti-lag aside).

I've changed this method to instead cut the throttle of the engine, which is functionally identical but allows the turbo to depressurize briefly and to flutter/bov when upshifting.

HOW TO USE: This mod works for every sequential transmission in the base game, simply select the corresponding transmission in the parts selector that shows (Proper Mod).

Additional notes: The duration of this cut is identical to that of the base game, so there is no advantage. If using an anti-lag turbo you might not notice any change at all, depending on the pressure the turbo holds. And as you'd expect, you won't notice any change when not using a turbocharged car, though feel free to still use it!

Advanced Users: If you want this mod to work universally with all sequential transmissions by default, including mod cars, follow this guide:
1. Find this mod in your mod repo folder
2. Unzip the file
3. Within it, navigate to the lua\vehicle\controller\vehicleController\shiftLogic\ folder
4. Copy the sequentialGearboxProper.lua file and paste it to the same place
5. Rename the new copy to just sequentialGearbox.lua, such that both sequentialGearboxProper.lua and sequentialGearbox.lua are in that same folder
6. This is important: Zip up the mod exactly as it was before i.e. opening the zip file should lead directly to three folders.
You will have to do this each time I update the mod.
