Beta Renault 5 Alpine Gordini 2.0

When I was young as a teenager, I lived in the same building as a Renault dealer.
One day there was an R 5 Alpine in the showroom.
I immediately fell in love with the blue beauty. Back then, around 100 hp in a small car was sensational and the name Alpine promised a lot ...

Today, around 45 years later, there is the opportunity to virtually replicate and drive the fascinating cars from my youth.

I had a lot of fun designing the R5 and tuning the chassis so that the virtual Alpines come as close as possible to the real thing.

I made four versions.
- The Alpine with around 93 hp.
- The Alpine Turbo with around 108 hp.
- The Gordini Alpine with around 133 hp. (ok, that didn't exist but out of respect for Gordini I did classic tuning and in his honor as he probably would have done.
- The Alpine Turbo 2 (comming soon)

Front-wheel drive, 5-speed transmission, no driving aids, tired driving behavior with understeer at too much speed, slight oversteer when taking off the gas and stabilization when accelerating again

Ideal for small, winding coastal and mountain roads.
