RoadStar CityMaster (Fully Animated) 1.0

The RoadStar CityMaster CS150 Turbo is a premium subcompact hatchback with quirky styling that was released in 2002 for a price of $36,500. It is tiny but nimble, with a wheelbase of 85in, an overall length of 135in, a width of 58in, and a curb weight of just 2,174 lbs. Its handling is assisted by its active sport front MacPherson strut and rear multilink suspension that is tuned for streetability but is a little stiff to help with cornering, ESC, 4-corner vented disc brakes, variable hydraulic steering, grippy sport tires, and a helical gear-based mechanical AWD system with 68% of power routed to the back. It has a premium interior with a CD player and radio unit, surround audio, dual climate control, and soft leather on most frequently touched surfaces. Despite its size, it has a surprising amount of both cargo space and legroom for its two occupants due to its omission of even token rear seats. The CityMaster is powered by an advanced AlSi 1.5L DOHC-30V turbo 60 degree V6 engine that makes 198lb-ft of torque @ 2,500rpm and 133hp @ 4,600rpm with a redline of 5,100rpm and a thermal efficiency of 27.5%. The engine is very quiet at low RPMs and only moderate volume at high RPMs, but higher in its range it emits a pleasant "throaty purr" with a somewhat dramatic "turbo sneeze" sound when the gas is released after heavy throttle is applied. This engine, combined with the car's AWD system and 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive and relatively low drag, allows the car to get a 6.7s 0-62mph time, a top speed of 161mph, and a combined fuel economy of 47mpg when driven conservatively. While the CS150 is surprisingly quick when shooting around at speeds up to around 80mph, above that speed acceleration slows significantly due to the car's gearing and smoothness/ low-end-torque-focused power delivery. The car is well-made and reliable, but it is quite mechanically complex. Because of this, there is a significant potential for things to go wrong if maintenance intervals are not followed religiously.
