Like the title says, it's the liveries of the Dutch bus company "RRReis" as a pair of skins for the Wentward DT40L.
As you can see there are 2 variants, each with their own config:
The white one is a regular bus used for inner-city services, and as such has a config based on the Wentward's default "City" config.
The purple/blue/green one is a long(er) distance bus used for services between cities, and as such has a config based on the Wentward's default "Highway" config.
